No problem with you interrupting the post. I typically try to stay away from using JCI but if I am forced to work with it I try to find an independent rep.

Try Mark Woodcock at Cii Service in Richmond, not an official JCI Rep but has done some JCI work. 1-800-320-1405

The cost may be very little more, but you will get the best service available by calling the local JCI branch

You get what you pay for after all. You might

end up with a third party butcher like FreddyB or halreyal dinking around with

    your investment.

So Mark Woodcock is still with Cii service there huh? I'm curious if some of the other guys I used to know are there. I'd have to look at some papers to recall their names off the bat. LOL

Dont bother with the local branch, most are on the kool-aid. Yes, I know most if not all of the techs at JCI that work in the VA area, I go behind them on lots of jobs and see just exactly how well their service is (not).

Indy, what branch do you work at? I may actually know you.

I would also not bother with the local branch office as lwarren said previously they have their hands full running York into the ground.

Plus I hear they are pre-occupied checking their stocks!!!!

Thats funny. me the butcher? Get a clue! or better yet as someone else mentioned. Keep up the good work. That king cock blue attitude is making it all the much easier to steal account. its not even stealing really . its to easy!

Something else. I find it odd that noone on here from jci ever challenges indy idiots ramblings. The silence says wonders. at least to me.
