I think the Boss's sels rep might have hooked this guy too.

That rep gets stuff done ..no BS...no excuses...just results.

I'd pay extra for that kind of service too.

    Gotcha.
    That makes a big difference.
Some body that gets it taken care of at first. Then takes care of you is a win win situation.

I bought some stuff for trutechtools the past few months. They have beat all the box store prices on most everything. I have heard good CS after the sale from them also. If i did not see any good CS i would have purchased in town for the convenience and the CS.(got it quicker from TTT then what the stores locally could)

So I discovered the shipping price was for expedited shipping. It's here tomorrow! Woohoo!

So I posted a week ago that I had bought a set of Mastercool 99961 4-way digital manifold guages. I noticed on the day I purchased them (last Wed.) that the screen did not display the numeric's properly. Some were less distinct than others. On Monday (this week) I was carrying the case (with gauges inside) back to my service truck and the handle ripped (broke) out of the case sending the whole thing flying. Today, I contacted Customer Support at Mastercool (or should I say Customer annoying!!!). They were no help and wanted me to assume all shipping expenses to return the items for replacement. Needless to say, I am returning them tomorrow for a full refund. NEVER BUY MASTERCOOL! I'LL SAY IT AGAIN, NEVER BUY MASTERCOOL!!!

It looks alot like the refco which is stuck in file cabinet somewhere at work, with our digital jbs(i think we finally tossed the jb head and kept the manifold)., and a set of testos that wont read the temperature sensor.

Like my digicools and if they make it through this summer maybe i can get a few for our techs. Just got them some yellow bluevacs got to squeeze in a couple more and valve core removals. then it goes to bigger and better things.

Jpb: I hate learning about tools that way! That's why I did my homework and got the digi-cools. Although it was a toss up between the smans as the target superheat was a nice feature.
    Maybe the next pair!
