    Just a fancoil.

    One I helped my dad put in years ago, changed it out last week. Used the old return drop, which I would have liked to change, but not my call.

    I hate to do this since the rest of it looks so nice, but isn't that the secondary drain outlet you have the drain connected to?

    Nope. That's the primary. Other one has a plug in it. Sure would be nice if they would plug the secondary from the factory...

    Does NEC require a GFCI on that outlet ?

    it was working.... played with it.... now its broke.... whats the going hourly rate for HVAC repair

    Ah yeah, I see now by the missing extra set of drain outlets that it is diagonal slab coil model. The A coil models I've seen in the wild have a different drain configuration.
