any recommendations on best buy for the buck? Need to buy one between 28-36 inches wide. Serving maybe 150 sq. ft. of space. Not sure what cfm should be if that is a factor. It is a hot water boiler and chiller supplied.

Lanco / Williams is a good base line model. Been around forever. They were purchased recently by Emerson. You can pre-order your fan coils with any combination of gate, ball, and required solenoids.

You always have the masters of the market, First Co., but they are much pricier. I have six buildings downtown that utilize a plethora of fan coil boxes in conjunction with boiler/chiller switch over systems.
