    Locking caps on all new installs now. Spent more than a few hours last season returning to recent installs and swapping the caps for locking when they finally started enforcing it. Got a fine collection of nice brass caps now...

    We are also required to have locking caps, but most inspectors will let them pass if you have brass caps with wrench flats on them and tighten them down. As long as a tool is required, they are okay with it.
