    Green refer=excessive moisture in system. FYI It's usually the oil that's green, not the refer. The colour is from the copper rusting on the inside, and the oil washing away the rust

    Had green oil last week. Anyways this guy needs some help. To the op you have to get your post count up and request professional status.

    Ya there was a lot of green corrosion on the outside of the copper and thats what i thought was the cause of the green oil but that's exposed to air where as the inside of the copper isn't. I've never used leak dye or been back after injecting ez seal so I was leaning toward the latter. I feel like I would've seen this before if it was corrosion. Why do u think this particular unit showed green and not others?
