Every time I try to use that thing I can never get results. Does any one have any pointers?
I am looking for the following Daikin matches

If someone could look these up and tell me what fields you selected that would be great and moocho appreciated!

You need to put in as little info as possible.

For the first one, I just put in "RXS09" in the field for "outdoor unit model number", then hit the search key.

I was going to ask how you got the certificate, I had to double click. I also found out I was selecting air source heat pumps, instead of variable speed mini split ductless heat pumps.

Yeah, I just posted that, because next time I forget I have this thread bookmarked for easy refresher.

Now our utility wants us to do the forms on line, once you hit submit for a particular system, you can not turn back and edit if you make a mistake.
