Angry trane tud080 circuit board problem

Error code shows check ignitor! tested ignitor and shows good. can bypass control board and start furnace. Thought it was board maybe even relay in board! replaced board and still same thing! Checked all safty switches checked pressure switch and still show's check ignitor. Also checked plarity to ignitor. If i put direct power to the induce motor and hot surface ignitor they will come on and stay on. so I know it is not the ignitor or the motor.
    Eny ideas???

i am not real familiar with this unit, however, i do know that some brands require that the 120 VAC polarity be correct. after ignition, they will drop out the neutral and leave the 120 hot connected as the flame proving voltage source. if you drop out the hot (since the polarity is reversed), you end up dropping out the whole circuit.

Just how did you go about testing ignitor?????????

When you bypass the board, you bypass everything.........

Stopp!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!and call someone to fix it

For couriosities sake, how did u bypass the board for a gas heater, the ignitione module is built in the board on that particular furnace. Either way
i would call out a pro to look at it.

well for bypassing the board I stold main power from incoming transformer.
to powr the flame ignitor and the exhaust motor. Then on the leaving side of all saftys tested the gas valve and gave it power and system came on!
