    They changed the whole cased coil and left the carcass in the attic.

    Looks typical for south Louisiana. I hate to admit this, but my dad was not schooled in a/c just went to work for a shop and learned on the job. He use to tell me 20 years ago "silver tape will hide it". Lol. I have since taught him better.
