    Taylor Table Top

We have a Taylor Table top Ice Cream machine, two flavor we are using a 10% mix. The one side Chocolate works fine. We are having trouble with the other side The vanilla side it starts out nice and creamy then turns grainy as time goes. It is like ice in grains in it.We used the machine all last year with no problem. Any Suggestions?
    Thanks Dean

Is there something we can do or adjust. The nearest tech is 50 miles away and very expensive. I have repaired many parts of this machine myself and would like to save money if possible.
    Thanks
