    Thanks for the update, its always nice when the op follows up and let's us know what happens. We usually get hung out to dry... You probably would've had more even comfort with a 4 ton 2 stage and the new clean coil would've given you tge extra capacity for those extreme temps but I'm glad you are happy with the system you chose.

    Hi BaldLoonie, Ga-Hvac-Tech, jtrammel and all

    We got the combination BaldLoonie suggested - RAPM-048 with RHKL-4824 air handler with ODD, single zone, 5 tons. The house is extremely comfortable and has been through 100 degree plus days. All the houses in our neighborhood have same floor plans and some rooms get consistently hotter. But in our house we can't make out a difference between rooms or floors. Also, we got a home energy audit performed and were told that the installation was top notch with well sealed and sized ductwork. We do need to amp up the insulation in the attic though, which is our next project. Needless to say, we're extremely happy all round. Thanks again
