Maybe this will help
I know colonial contracting is hiring, I think they are located near Harrisonburg.I think there whole name is colonial webb.There is also a company looking for techs in waynesboro(look them up on careerbuilder.com) but I forgot there name.If you need anymore places let me know and I will look out for you.

We do mostly resi though, he should be alright though
Karst means cave. So, I search for caves.
