    Is that enough to have a decent quality of life? I guess what I'm getting at is in Alberta Canada we make just about double that per hour but our cost of living is through the roof so you can see what I'm getting at. I'd like to come down to Florida or some place warm to work eventually.

    That's the main question here. My family and I want to move to a warm climate like this but such an unknown.

    one bedroom aptments 750 plus utilities, two bedroom houses 1100 plus utilities, three bedroom houses 1350 plus utilities.
    3 bewdroom 2 bath house 250000

    The cost of living against the wage doesn't seem unreasonable at all a two bedroom house where I live now would be anywhere near 1600/month
