    Curing bacon

    Anyone here made their own bacon before? Got hold of a pork belly and am going to give it a try this weekend.

    This is the recipe I"m going to use.

    Yup, Its got me hook line and sinker now!

    Been researching it more, looks like I got to find some curing salt and get the smoker out of winter hibernation.
