In our situation its true... We have extremely high standards and hold our technicians and installers to them. Not sure about Texas but to become a TCS dealer here in GA its a some what difficult. We are monitored by our TSM's and regional Mgrs... And yes they want us to move lots of boxes.

What would be an approx starting rate for a 5-10 year nate certified tech with an associates in hvac?
