    Installers/Technicians Needed ASAP

    We are an Alpharerta, GA based HVAC contractor and have immediate needs for a Professional residential HVAC installer/Technicians We are a Trane Comfort specialist. With that being said we are held to a much higher standard and expect that from our employees. Pay is comensurate to experience. I Look forward to seeing your posts/resumes.

    If only that were true...

    I'm not knocking your company, just pointing out that as long as you move lots of boxes, and pay your COOP money, you can be a Trane Comfort Specialist regardless of your install quality or technician competency.
    If more government is the answer, then it's a really stupid question.

    In our situation its true... We have extremely high standards and hold our technicians and installers to them. Not sure about Texas but to become a TCS dealer here in GA its a some what difficult. We are monitored by our TSM's and regional Mgrs... And yes they want us to move lots of boxes.

    What would be an approx starting rate for a 5-10 year nate certified tech with an associates in hvac?
