    WATCHING AK 900 DVD TODAY....

What is that Paradigm manifold I saw?

Looks cool, but it has way too many potential leak points.

    Somebody fill me in?

It is something Doug came up with a few years ago that is very cool, but the "way to many potential leak points" proved to be an insurmountable obstacle so far.
I'd love for him to scuttle the shuttle valves, and come out with a 3 port version with the two cool/unique ball valves.
If more government is the answer, then it's a really stupid question.

I don't have a DVD. What are you seeing. Can you quantify the "potential leak points" and specifically compare it to others? You can search the patent if needed.

    Thanks.

They also killed the Sherman manifold I have found out from Thermal.

Looks like I buy a YJ 60010 or use my Brute II.

Can I quantify the leak points? Yeah....all the mechanical connections. It's an evacuation manifold with slide valves. Mark's response was right on.

I would love to have it but it's not available.

My 4 year old nephew was over and I had my AK 900
box out and he saw the DVD and took it on himself to put in the player. He sat watching it with me when the paradigm was featured.

The push button shuttle valves for the vacuum and charging ports are where the leak problems are.
What I'd like to have is this manifold, but with the vacuum port and shuttle valves deleted, and the charging port out the bottom of the sight glass, with a ball valve

Knowing Doug it probably leaks as bad as any other on the market. It would have to be better to best before you will ever pay for one.
