Taxing the rain
Officially, Down for the count
YOU HAVE TO GET OFF YOUR ASS TO GET ON YOUR FEET
I know enough to know, I don't know enough
Liberalism-Ideas so good they mandate them
I dint know that people fertilize their driveways.
HELL IS EMPTY AND ALL THE DEVILS ARE HERE.
Only government can make this kind of accounting "work"
The rain tax will only affect 10 of the largest counties in the state, and the government hopes to raise $482 million a year from the tax
to pay the $14.8 billion required
by the EPA.
I LOVE SLEEP
It's like being dead, but without the commitment
Could you imagine how fast the deficit would drop if we added a "stupid" tax on all the politicians in office?

Can we tax the government? BTW I have swales in my yard to catch the rain water, coming off my roof, they work very well.
