Went to start up the AC on a unit unit I installed last November and it would not come on. I had 24 volts leaving the unit and heading toward the economizer, but that was not installed. The jumper plug was supposed to send power back to the control board to energize the contactors. Looks the the "jumper plug was wired backwards from the factory. If I could have flipped the plug 180 degrees I could have had it working, but of course it can only be plugged in one way. I have a replacement plug coming.... Funny thing is this morning I got a call from another customer who I replaced their rooftop unit this past winter(DEC) and they are having the same problem. They have another unit they were running and I told them I would be there in the morning.... Anybody else run into this?
