    LOL. Looks like they jumped it out because they were having problems with the coil icing up. I love it when people by-pass controls/safeties and then don't fix the problem.

    It's funny how many York units I've found with a similar thing done to them.
    Usually I find that the actual problem is that the adjustable motor sheave either needs to be turned in a turn, or replaced, and the belt replaced and aligned.
    If more government is the answer, then it's a really stupid question.
