    Gear reducer and motor

    Need to replace a gear assembly and motor on a Scotsman NME 1250 (i think)

    Looks pretty straight forward, but looks are usually deceiving.

    How hard is this to do.

    Very easy job, Hardest part is removing the auger, may need to use a puller tho.....
