    21000 btu's/hr heat loss

    Is that based on a certain design temperature?
    I tried to get my caculation to match yours using the method you mentioned previously using electricity and correction for HDDs temperatures and dT, but i couldn't get anywhere near the 21000btu's

    I think you made a typo as it only equals 12000 btu's/hr
