    There are a lot of shows on TV that re-investigate murders and free the accused, usually through DNA evidence. Have you ever seen a prosecutor regret prosecuting the wrong person?

    It seems it's more about getting a conviction than getting the right person. To them it is one in the same.

    when you live in country outside the us the rules are different , i surely would not return on my own free will if i was her . i dont personally think she is completly innocent but i was not there so i dont know
    We really need change now

    If she is convicted in absentia, she will have to be extradited.
    Otherwise the next mafioso the US wants to prosecute will likely not be sent back from Sicily.
