    Iron, minerals, hair, algae, you name it...the worst ones I've found usually have something amiss causing contamination. Such as a bad dump valve. Or just haven't been cleaned/sanitized in forever.

    lol the best are at the sub shops that bake there bread, yeast and ice machines are best buddys!

    You guys are a bunch of sissies, ice machines will build bacteria within a month and seriously do you want a $10 an hour employee at the said restaurants to be taking the machines apart to clean it weekly? That bacteria is in EVERY ice machine out there!

    You should work on the ice machines in a Subway. They are the most furry machines I have ever seen.
