    Their maint and HVAC guys been working on it for 2 days. Couldn't figure out why it wouldn't fire. Oh ya we PM it 4 times a year says the Maint supervisor.

    As you can see the bird had built a freaking estate. The pulley is in there somewhere. Belts had a tunnel carved out to run through.

    Maybe by "PM" they meant changing the bird bedding.
