    Boot cut out tool

I am looking to purchase a tool for cutting in boots in finished houses. The company I work for supply's us with sawsalls for new builds and a co worker uses his personal sonic crafter for finished houses. I have been looking at the Dremal SawMax and the Rockwell Versa Cut. Has anyone used either one and what are your opinions of them.

For hardwood floors I drill out the corners with 3/8" drill bit, then use a small skil saw and finish it off with a sawzall to make sure there are no over cuts.

Jigsaw for nicer cuts. Also drill two corners. I have used sawzall but find more control with the jigsaw.
You need to put the phone down and get back to work!
