Has anybody had good luck with HVAC & Building Engineering candidates from the local trade schools in the Cleveland, OH area?
Ever since the old West Side Institute of Technology closed, it seems the quality of applicants has diminished.

Getting ready to put on 2-3 positions and it will be through a competitive Civil Service test.
Just trying to get the test date to the right group of grads.
