    No Heat from Heat Pump

    Greetings...........Have Trane heat pump/ac unit. outside temp 41 degrees F, inside temp 67 F, set thermostat to 73. Fan runs constantly, large copper tube hot to touch. Only blows cold air. Small 'flame' on t'stat blinking. Cannot see any ice on outdoor coils. Will appreciate comments, thanx, happydayze
