    New thermostat now cool wont kick on CT100. Wiring pic inside.

    The heat comes on when I switch to cool. Heat comes on when I switch to heat. I tried moving the white wire from "o" to "w" and still didnt make a difference. Please help its getting hot in AZ.

    Assuming standard wire color coding, the way it is wired in that picture, the heating and cooling will run at the same time when you try to run the AC, and it is highly likely that either the control transformer, or control fuse would blow if you switch it to heating....

    Call a pro, or the support number in the instructions for the thermostat. We are not allowed to give DIY instructions here.
    If more government is the answer, then it's a really stupid question.

    the problem is we are not allowed to help DYI.

    Second is you messed up big time from what I see.

    If you can not read the diagram that came with the tsat, then you are on your own and I suggest you call a pro.

    Keep the system off till you find your problem, or a pro shows up.

    If you blew a fese nothing would come on.
