    Gas company will not turn us on

    Went to this Gem to day.Maintenance was there a few days ago. Well tenant scheduled to have her gas turned.The guy from the gas company went downstairs saw this and left. I personally think he let out a chuckle while leaving

    That's pretty bad, What's up with the return air, no hard pipe thru the cabinet, water heater venting is single wall, what else. Galvanized gas pipe, no grommets.
    Certified parts changer.

    looks like the water connection on the w/h are flex gas pipe. no gas cocks. furnace aint hooked up.

    The flex lines are the crapyones that Lowes sales. They considered the furnace hooked up yeah right.The Utility here will let a few things slide. They just could not let this mess slide. Spent severalhoursthere to day trying t ocorrect this mess. Ended up replacing a lot of the gas lines in the house. Started in on the return but had more no heat calls come in
