Different gear for different levels of protection. Level 0 for anything above 50V, Non-melting, flammable materials (untreated cotton, wool, rayon, silk
or blends) with a fabric weight of at least 4.5 ounces/yard2
Level 1 generally a fire retardant treated cotton. Not great picture out there but at least this one has a zoom.

Level 2, two layers, can be the above, non melt-able long underwear such as 100% cotton, arc rated balaclava, helmet-face shield,
