A WJBK Fox 2 News Report in Michigan reveals that Democratic State Rep. Brian Banks is facing eviction for bouncing a check to his landlord. Banks has eight felony convictions on his record from 1998 to 2004 for various charges of writing bad checks and credit card fraud, but was nevertheless elected to the State House last year.
