    Boot Insoles

I've read so much great advice and technical info. on this site that I'd like to offer a little of my own. While I'm still too new to this industry to offer technical advice to anyone on here, I know all about sore feet. Every job that I've ever had has kept me on my feet (climbing telephone poles/ladders, bartending, and now making hot women cool). If anyone whose feet hurt every day after work would like to try out some great insoles, get a pair of Superfeet. I've tried all the gels, the cushions, etc... Nothing has come close to Superfeet. They are actually hard plastic (sounds horrible), but they are AWESOME. My feet are still a little sore every day, but considerably less sore than with any other insole. I bought my girlfriend a pair (restaurant manager on her feet all day) and she promptly bought 4 more pairs to never be without them. They aren't cheap (around $40 on Amazon), but I bet they outlive a couple pairs of Red Wings. If anyone is going to try them out, be sure to read the description first...they are color coded for different arches and applications.

Thanks for the reminder. I've heard great reviews of them before and have meant to pick up a pair.

I had excellent results with Walkfit inserts (yes, the ones on TV). They helped my feet and my knees.

They also improved my balance. It looks a little hokey on TV when they show people who have better balance with the inserts ("orthotics"), but they work exactly as advertised. They stabilize your feet.

    My money was well spent.

    Vacuum Technology:
CRUD = Contamination Resulting in Undesirable Deposits.
CRAPP = Contamination Resulting in Additional Partial Pressure.

Change your vacuum pump oil now.

    Test. Testing, 1,2,3.

The best insoles I have found are cadence insoles and I have tried them all. Hands down the best combination of support and comfort out there. I have some friends in the military and in the fire dept who swear by them too. Worth a look for anyone interested.

ProTech Powerstep from my podiatrist. They cost about 50 bucks but last about 2 years. No " gellen " for my commercial concrete and steel abused feet.
