    Read years ago in a Bitzer report that R134a and poe oil can make metal soap and block cap tubes, though very few people seem to have heard of it judging by responses i've got when mentioning it.

    I has to do with the chemical breakdown of POE oil.

    Any refrigerant with POE oil will do it.
