Upgrading hoping to get the pro's advice. Tankless coil oil boiler in a small room.
I have a 20 yr old Utica starfire 2 tankless coil oil boiler and its time to replace it. Im looking for some advice on what to replace it with knowing that the tankless is very ineffinient. My house is 2500 sq ft and has 3 zones of heat . I want to replace with a more efficient boiler without tankless but my current boiler just fits in the room/closet in my finished basement. Is there any way to get away from the tankless coil boiler with my limited space. There is no NG in my neighborhood so I will have to keep the oil. Any advice is appreciated. If you need anymore info on my setup needed please ask I will do my best to answer.

why not go lp? you can get a wall hung combi and combustion air will not be an issue.
