When is the last time you had this serviced???

Went to a call yesterday. This is what I see when Im driving down the street. And sure enough its where I was going. Didnt take much to sell a maintenance agreement. I just dont know how someone could think this is normal??? Its been doing this quite a while. I find this alot too. Just not on the front of houses where thats all you see driving down the road.....:what:

Hard to see in this pic, but above the window is the secondary drain. The cable box attached to the house is totally stained brown. I dont know how in the world he is going to get this cleaned. I only worked on the 1st floor furnace. So I didnt get too involved in the upstairs unit. Going back next week to his first tune up.
