    On B&G, it sucks even worse that it's a 2 flange, 4 flange you just rotate :-\.

    I love that first pic, that's too funny. Been a hydronic man most of my hvac career, it kills me when people install pumps and don't have a clue what their doing, and then usually we get call from that customer cause the original idiot don't know how to fix and won't return phone calls. The last pic is just priceless. That's what we need to put on a advertisement, when customers ask why a service agreement is a good thing.
