You guys are getting a lot more info than the way I did it with Filemaker. I just duplicated my paper service invoice and use it more like a flat base data base. I have considered adding pictures but I already have a ton of customer pictures in other files that I can bring up quickly.

And on my one page service invoice I have made additional space for a financial break down of what the job costs in material and labor are for each job with each customer. And I included a running total of business done with that customer.

I just put this thing on my computer called Snippy or something so I can take screen shots so maybe I can take a picture of my blank form and show it. I'm also in the middle of adding some more fields for keeping track of the parts and labor I used for each job so I'll see what I can do.

I'm still not sold on upgrading to FileMaker 12 though. The only benefit I can see is the access to the standard forms that you guys are showing. My Filemaker has some for my Filemaker 10 but nothing like yours. And an upgrade is only $179 but I'm holding on to see how everyone else does with the new version.

Thanks for the link, I'll check it out. Right now I'm busy adding in my customers and this years invoices (I hate data entry) but will look into doing more scripting when I am done with that.
