    Question new vehicle- CX-5, Rav4, Tucson, Escape

    Wife needs a new vehicle and we went looking this weekend, what a disappointment in general.

    While the mpg may be up from prior years, all the crossover suvs look almost identical.

    Anyone have any input on any of the models listed or anything similar? We need 4WD as we are in the snow and nothing larger than 2 people and the very occasional other couple. prefer something with good mpg, truck is out although I did get her to drive a couple and she enjoyed it.

    escape. my sister has one, pretty good ride, good on gas. get a good snow tire and you almost don't need that 4wd.
