What A/C brand unit is the best on the market?
Would it be Lennox?

The one that is sized and installed correctly. The ductwork has to be correct as well or any A/C will not perform as designed. Find a good HVAC contractor that will look at every aspect of the system. Too many contractors (now) do the "cookbook" or "straight forward" pricing and know absolutely nothing else.

Contractor is way more important than brand, whatever brand the contractor you chose reccomends is the best.
