looking for service manual for saniserv wb7110rf

i have a customer that just picked up a new building that has 5 saniserv WB7110RF units.

All of them are have one problem or another. Looking for a service manual for these units.

2nd does any one know the proper size condenser for this model, they are running for 30 to 45 sec and shutting down for 1.5 to 2 min. This is the timing on the LLV and the condenser is just following suit.

Found comdenser size, it should be 13,5 @ 0* Evap and 110* condensing. I will book the skids tomorrow.
