    When do most companies hire?

I was just wondering when most service companies hired new people that would require some form of training? Mainly in the spring/summer months?

from my experience.. when the last guy dies, when the job requires extra bodies for a month, when the boss just naturally goes through helpers regularly

Find out what day pay day is for your prospects. Thats usually the same day people get fired. So always go in person on pay day at the end of the day. I repeat In person not email/calling/fb/twitter in Person.

After Christmas is absolutely the worst time in Ohio. Early Spring before all the coil cleaning begins on service contracts for sure. This is prime time.
