    Carrier RBA 60 Alarm Code issue

    Has anyone seen a alarm code of FC 01 on a Carrier RBA 60? It is not in the alarm code section of the manual and you get no help from tech support.

    How do you expand it out? Some how the unit lost its config program, reprogramed it and got rid of the FC no code cleared it, then the FC 01 code came up which not in the manual, have no clue what this is or heard of it.

    Maybe you should just reconfigure the machine.

    no problems, over here in the UK I have to read the US manuals sometimes to understand something as the ones from our local French Factory look as if they were written after a afternoon on the vino collapso (thats red wine for the cowboys among us). lol

    Did you ever become a pro member yet?

    I take it you guys over there rarely get a FC01 alarm over there?

    Very rarely as Carrier Service usually have to be involved to download any software or intially reprogram any modules purchased from Carrier spares parts.
    I promise I will get round to becoming a pro member sometime soon.
