Fan Coil Motor Recommendations? US Motors? Emerson? Fasco? Packard?

My fan blower motor in my fan coil unit came to a screeching halt this morning, and it's going to be in the low 30's this weekend in Chicago.

The old motor was was replaced a few years ago with an Emerson 3783, Direct Drive Fan & Blower, 1/4 HP, 1075/3 Motor

There are a few other options from US Motors, Fasco, Packard...

Does anyone have any recommendations on any of these manufacturers or other?

    Thanks!

The most reliable is the one you don't put in.
