New here, not the biz. Need ideas

Hey guys I'm not real familiar with the site, I'm still trying to learn my way around it better so please don't be cruel.
I've been a service technician for 17 years, been working strictly commercial and industrial for the last 7 years. Worked in Dallas/Fort Worth, Phoenix, and New Mexico. Currently living in AZ and work for a Union company. Looking to move to Sacramento in the spring time and was anybody new of some good commercial industrial HVAC companies. And if somebody could give me an Idea of the pay scale in Sacramento. Company doesn't have to necessarily be union either. Don't want to sell my shirt on my pay when it comes down to negotiating my pay. Any help would be appreciated.
