    Well at least it wasn't completely closed off. I will tell you one better, the company i used to work for set a 20 ton rtu. Tech went out to start it and called saying it was blowing smoke everywhere. The idiots forgot to remove the bottom panel before it was set on the curb. The burn off had no place to go but out every nook and crack in the unit.
