The bandit is just getting lazy!
One screw, that's it. Didn't need a perforated strap or to switch the terminal cover, all the bandit hand to do was remove and reinstall one freaking screw.... The bandit took more time wrapping it in electrical tape then to do it right?!?!?
I was even replacing a part in the rain and still managed to get the screw out and in!

Excellent, just wrap it up. Make sure to add rubbers to your tool bag.
Does anybody remember the original cap bandit from Las vegas? Their used to be a guy who had pics of all goodman equipment with crazy runcaps pictures I think it was around yr 2000 or so.Certified parts changer.

Absurd. For the time it took to wrap that you could have taken that screw out 10 times. No excuse for lazy.

York Sunline? Is that a used gas valve laying in the bottom of the control panel, or am I just confused.
I love how he taped the whole thing top to bottom, not just the top where the wires are.

Haha, those are some good responses!
It's 7 1/2 ton unit, didn't look at make.
It is a gas valve laying in the bottom, don't know why, it was just there, looked like original valve in use so maybe someone is squirreling away a 'good' used valve.
No ladders on this one, unit is ground level at a church and my van was about 30' away.
I used the same screw, it was good and snug, not stripped.
