We went on a 2nd opinion. Another company found the cracks then tried to shove outrageously expensive equipment down the wife's throat.

That Armstrong has to be at least 20 years old? Was it a natural draft? and that was made back when HX's were still made to last

Got one of those in our downstairs. 23 yrs old original to the house. See enough of them to know if they're prone to cracking in more normal conditions?
