Greetings from Central Pennsylvania

My real name is Jim Alles, and I am a 'DDC specialist' which I'll explain since that doesn't excatly correlate with anything in the real world.

I have worked at Penn State University for just over three years, and our group does design-engineering, including CAD (Visio) drawings, device selection and ordering, controller programming (various vendors), graphics, and systems integration. We do not do install/startup/service - our trades techs do.

I am a jack of all trades, and master of a couple.

I have been around the construction industry for over thirty years, yes a little long in the tooth, here.

I have six kids, a couple have graduated from PSU, and a couple are presently attending.
