either another bad valve ...or something restricting the gas flow..... inlet pressure fine ...outlet low..... usually the valve......
it was working.... played with it.... now its broke.... whats the going hourly rate for HVAC repair

Only unit on that meter, no regulator up stream, voltage stay constant.
Talked to Lennox tech support and after a lot of talking, he thinks i have an inducer issue.
I'm heading back there tomorrow morning, i'll post any updates.

I would check the burner orifice for an obstruction, if the manifold pressure is fluctuating this much there has to be some sort of blockage in the burner. I am assuming you replaced the gas valve.

And you are certain that there is a steady pressure coming to the unit from the meter, right?

Normally, when you have a partially blocked orifice, the flame will appear different than the other burner flames. Do you recall seeing any difference in the flame?
